This is a view of the Journal that Amanda has been keeping for the last week. She has a rash and a doctors appointment.

She'll show off the Journal photos during the appointment if the rash has faded by then. Or if the appearance has changed the Journal will provide a useful history.

She also might send the Journal email to her doctor in case she can avoid going to see him.

Tapping on the Monday entry reveals the details she captured. Touching the photo will cause it to enlarge.

Amanda creates new Journal entries when she has a spare moment or when the condition changes. The iPhone is always with her so it is easy to create a quick entry and move on.

Amanda can send a Journal email quickly and easily from Allergy Runner. This is what her doctor will see:

If she creates new Journal entries or edits any old entries the changes will automatically appear in the next email she sends from the app.
